1. To make sago and fruit dessert, first of all, soak the sago with 2-3 times of water and wash it thoroughly for 3 hours.

3. When it starts boiling, then stir it for 2-3 minutes; boil the milk until it becomes slightly thick.
4. Now add milk powder and cook for 1 minute. (Take care not to lumps in it)
5. Now add the soaked sago and let the sago cook well while stirring with a spoon.
6. When the sago is cooked, add sugar to it and cook it for 1 minute.
7. When the sago kheer is thick, turn off the gas and add cardamom powder to it. Place the pudding on the room temperature to cool down.
8. Peel and cut all the fruits and prepare them.
9. Now take out the kheer in a big bowl and put the chopped fruits and chopped dry fruits in it.
10. Mix everything well and keep the sago and fruit custard dessert in the freeze for 2-3 hours.
