Method :
1. Wash urad dal, rice, fenugreek and poha thoroughly 3 to 4 times and soak them in water for 5 to 6 hours.

4. Heat oil in a tadka pan on medium heat and put baking soda in it and put it inside the batter.
5. Now add salt and water as needed, mix it well and keep the batter in a warm place for 10 to 12 hours to ferment.
6. After 10-12 hours, the idli batter will have fermented well. (If the batter is not fermented then keep it aside for 2-3 Hours)
7. Idli-Dosa batter is ready. With which you can prepare Idli, Dosa, Uttapam and Appe as well.
Method to make Idli with Idli Dosa Batter:
1. Put 1-2 glasses of water inside the idli cooker and keep the cooker to heat on medium heat.
Now grease the idli mold with oil and pour the batter in it.
Place the mold filled with batter inside the cooker and keep it to cook on medium flame for 10 to 15 minutes.
2. Take out the idli mold and after cooling for few minutes take out the idli.

Method to make Dosa with Idli Dosa Batter:
1. Take out the batter in another bowl. Add salt and water as required in it.

2. Heat the dosa griddle on medium heat.
First put a few drops of oil on the pan and clean the pan with oil,
then after adding a few drops of water, clean the pan with a wet cloth.

With the help of a spatula or a bowl, pour the batter on the surface of the pan in the middle
and spread the batter thinly by rotating the spoon in circular motion.
