10 green chilies (medium spicy) |
1 teaspoon cumin seeds |
2 teaspoons mustard seeds |
1 teaspoon coriander seeds |
¼ teaspoon fenugreek seeds |
1 teaspoon fennel seeds (Saunf) |
½ teaspoon Carom Seeds (Ajwain) |
1 teaspoon turmeric powder |
Juice of 1 lemon |
4 tablespoons oil |
Pinch asafetida (Hing) |
2 tablespoons vinegar |

1. First wash and dry the green chillies. Now remove the chilli head and cut it into pieces.

2. Now take cumin, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seed, carom seeds and fenugreek in a pan.
