Ingredients :

10 green chilies (medium spicy)
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 teaspoons mustard seeds
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
¼ teaspoon fenugreek seeds
1 teaspoon fennel seeds (Saunf)
½ teaspoon Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
Juice of 1 lemon
4 tablespoons oil
Pinch asafetida (Hing)
2 tablespoons vinegar

1. First wash and dry the green chillies. Now remove the chilli head and cut it into pieces.

2. Now take cumin, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seed, carom seeds and fenugreek in a pan.

3. Roast for 1 minute on low heat. Allow the roasted spices to cool. Chili Garlic Paratha Recipe

4. When the spices cool down, grind them coarsely with the help of a grinder.

5. Now take chopped green chillies, turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice and coarsely ground spices in a bowl.

7. Now heat the oil in the tempering pan and add asafetida to it. Keep the oil to cool down.

9. Mix everything well and after 2 hours you can serve it or keep it in the sun for 2 days for more taste.
