Necessary ingredients :
For the mixture of surti locho:
1 cup chana dal |
¼ cup rice |
½ cup buttermilk or curd |
5-6 green chilies |
1½ inch piece of ginger |
½ tsp turmeric powder |
Salt to taste |
2½ cups water or as required |
To serve Surti Locho:
locho masala |
sev (Namkeen) |
finely chopped coriander |
finely chopped onion |
peanut oil or butter |

1. Wash the gram dal and rice thoroughly and soak them in curd or buttermilk for 5-6 hours or overnight. नायलोन खमन ढ़ोकला रेसिपी
