1. Wash urad dal, rice, fenugreek and poha thoroughly 3 to 4 times and soak them in water for 5 to 6 hours.es of bread and cut the edges.
2.After 5-6 hours, grind the urad dal-rice with the help of a mixer jar.
3. Take out the batter in an air tight container.
4. Heat oil in a tadka pan on medium heat and put baking soda in it and put it inside the batter.
5. Now add salt and water as needed, mix it well and keep the batter in a warm place for 10 to 12 hours to ferment.
6. After 10-12 hours, the idli batter will have fermented well. (If the batter is not fermented then keep it aside for 2-3 Hours)
7. Idli-Dosa batter is ready. With which you can prepare Idli, Dosa, Uttapam and Appe as well.
